If anyone has any ideas of what this could be please help.
Yesterday morning I felt perfectly fine until I had a bowl of cereal. Within about 10 minutes or so my stomach felt severely bloated, and when I got dressed I realized I couldn't even button my jeans that were not even tight before that. Later lastnight I started feeling extreme nausea, followed by moderate cramping slightly below my right ribs. By late lastnight I had my first bowel movement since this started and it was extremely watery and clay colored. I also had a slight fever of 99.9 however was so cold and shivering similer to having a fever well over 100. This morning I have had several bowel movements all being watery and clay colored, the bloating is still just as bad but the cramping has subsided somewhat. I am starting to feel some nausea again however I think that is due to low blood sugar as I haven't eaten since yesterday morning due to a complete loss of appetite and the bloating. I don't know if this is related but I did have my gallbladder removed in 2002 and the cramping is very similar to that what I had with the gallstones although much milder.
I don't want to go to the doctors unless absolutely necessary as I don't have health insurance, so I guess I'm also wondering how long is it safe for me to take a wait and see approach before going to the hospital or doctors?

I have had irregular bloat in my stomach. Today, I was looking through my Sunday paper and this group of ladies commented that if symptoms like you reported were present, have a blood test for cancer done. They were speaking mostly about ovarian cancer, but my thinking is that it could be anywhere. Anyway, it doesn't hurt to have your physician check out the possibilities of same. My mother lost a tremendous amout of weight, but her stomach remained bloated and large in comparison to the rest of her body. It was found she had kidney cancer. Better to find out asap than to wait.
I have very strong stomach cramping and bowel movement after taking meds. I took the 2 pills 500ml each today and automatically had a bowel movement. However, I also have very strong stomach cramping. My partner took it also but doesn't have the same symptom. Is this normal?
