Hi, i've been recently for three days having these cramps in my stomach which only occur when i'm not eating, when i've eaten they seem to go away.

The pains are across the abdominal region, and there are sounds of shifting in the stomach.

These symptoms are in junction of tiredness, because i haven't been getting the usual 8 hrs sleep for quite a while, so maybe this could have affected.

Any help or diagnosis would be really great since i've had no pains like this before and it is sort of worrying.
