I feel your pain. I'm 19 years old and weigh 98lbs I have been experiencing those symptoms for over 6 years already. I was diagnosed with IBS,GERD,and Lactose intolerance. So, I've been instructed to follow a certain diet by cutting out several foods such as red meats, fatty foods, foods that produce a lot of gas(ex beans&broccoli), and dairy products. Exercise regularly and focus on other things besides the pain and discomfort.

Hi everyone, I was rushed into hospitsl 7 months ago with adominal pain, couldnt feel my legs after numerous scans they said it wasd a twisted bowel that was also half blocked and referred me to a colon specialist who did more tests, colonoscopy etc and said he didnt agree with the first diagnoses now all tests came back ok. I have been tested for god knows what from chrones to celiac and they have now come back ok.

Im at a loss what to do for 7 months i have been bloating, stomach pains that vary, pains down my left side and leg, constantly tired but not sleeping great, feel sickly, loss of appetite so lucky if i eat 2 crackers a day, headaches but not loosing any weight.  Starting to feel likje its all in my head thats until the pains get worse then i deginately know its not.

If anyone can giuve me any advice I would be so grateful, im at my wits end now and its really starting to get me down.

Thanks.

H. Pylori, actually. It is the bacteria that can cause the stomach ulcers that people used to think was caused by "too much stomach acid." They would then drink milk for it, but it did not cure it at all. Now that doctors know that this nasty H. Pylori can be "the culprit," often antibiotics can get rid of it. It worked for my daughter, thank goodness.

TIPS!!!! Examine and try, only try the dexilant if the following tips don't work for you but they will. Here are some things i'm doing to stay well while dealing with stomach and intestinal problems. Dexilant that must be prescribed to you by a doctor completely stops acid reflux, the only thing is it kills the good bacteria in your stomach. To remedy this, take probiotics such as culturelle, this will help to rebuild the good bacteria. Take probiotics even if your not taking dexilant, your body needs help balencing out the good and bad bacteria in your small intestine if your having problems with digestion. Eat a carb-free diet and keep a low sugar intake, as low as possible. This will starve the bad bacteria overgrowth in your intestines. No processed foods such as chips. No wheat!!! You're gonna have to have a super-healthy diet in order to feel well. Don't eat beef or pork but fish instead, chicken is fine as well. Beef and pork are hard for the body to digest. STAY DAIRY FREE!!!! Get your calcium from almonds and other nuts. Make sure to eat an abundance of fiber everyday in order to stay free of constipation. I suggest Esparagus, this is a miracle veggie. Cleanses your kidneys and bladder and leaves good bacteria in your small intestine. There are many other veggies of course that will help out, do your research!! Staying very well hydrated is a MUST and will help constipation as well. Hydration is the most important thing, i cant stress that enough. Organic Ginger tea is a good thing to drink 15 minutes before meals, this will ready your intestines and soothe your stomach. Enteric coated peppermint capsules are very helpful. Never drink alcohol or smoke again unless you want to make matters worse. in a matter of a couple weeks you should feel much much better but only if you stay super strict, no carbs & no sugar. No cafffiene, no tobacco, no alcohol. Only and i mean ONLY eat veggies, some fruits but don't do buck wild on them, fish & chicken. Try it and see how you feel in 2 weeks.

forget about the Dexilant that I suggested for the relief of acid-reflux. Dexilant will enable bad bacteria to grow in the small intesine at an alarming rate. Pure and simple go on a diet for up to month depending on how bad your intestinal bacteria overgrowth is. Drink an extreme amount of water a day and eat the following without straying to anything with dairy, yeast, carbs, or sugar for u need to starve the bad bacteria in your small intestine in order to feel better. Eat: Eggs but don't hard-boil them if your dealing with constipation, Spinach, Esparagus, Avacados, Mushrooms, Chicken, Chicken Livers, Turkey, Fish. Stick to a diet containing these things for a couple to a few weeks and you will root out all stomach problems. Take probiotics once a day, I would recommend Culturelle. Remember to take an enteric coated peppermint capsule 30 minutes before each meal, I suggest pepo-gest. These medications are all natural. Organic ginger tea is a great thing to sip on before meals as well, like I said earlier. Choose one day a week to fast but remember to drink lots of water, especially when fasting. Don't forget to take the Culturelle probiotic when fasting either. Make sure to get a little exercise each day, the more the better but don't over do it. These things have worked wonders for me, I bet they'll work for you too. Stay determined and don't break from the diet until you feel completely healed.

Have a gastric emptying study to check for gastroparesis also I'd suggest having a hida scan to check your gallbladder.  I had the same symptoms as you for approx. 5 years and all kinds of testing with the exception of those two tests until just recently.  Found out my gallbladder was only functioning at 22% and I have severe gastroparesis.  Have those tests done.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one with this problem. I've been dealing with stomach issues since i hit the age of 18 (2008), and it's really starting to take it's toll on me, both mentally and physically. It started out with a burning/gnawing sensation in my stomach right under the center of my ribcage (it worsens when my stomach is empty and also an hour or so after a meal, and especially when I'm stressed) followed by loud stomach noises coming from the lower right hand part of my small intestine (RLQ). I believe this was brought on by my bad diet at the time in addition to lots of stress. I've undergone a series of tests since (Blood tests, Colonoscopy/endoscopy, X-rays, Lactulose Breath test (for SIBO), Crohn's Test, and a few more), with no real explanation for the symptoms (except that I have IBS, which I refuse to accept, because IBS is so darn broad, I feel like it's just a term doctors like to throw around because they can't really pinpoint what it is you're suffering from). I was diagnosed with Lactose intolerance a few years back, and cutting dairy and wheat from my diet has helped significantly, but the underlying problem still lingers and continues to make life difficult. Personally, i feel that eating simple foods (rice, oatmeal, fish, nuts, etc.) while cutting out the processed junk helps my condition an awful lot. also natural antacids (Gastrosoothe) can help with the burning sensation and the stomach noises to a certain extent. I'm starting to suspect that i may be suffering from an H. Pylori infection, which would explain the chronic burning sensation in my upper stomach. So I'm considering getting that test done. I'll keep you all posted on the results. Just remember to stay positive and trust in God. wish you all the best in overcoming this condition!

Did they do an mri of your brain and spine with contrast to check for things like lesions? I know you can possibly...not always have spine-back abnormalities and it can cause the nerves- muscles...basically that control your bowels not to function properly...another thing one be to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy with a biopsy of your bowels and stomach. Wish you the best..You can ask these questions to see if they would benefit you...the biopsy and colonoscopy definitely would. They also have test like Anal monomentry. Just look up that and you will find all of the test that fall under that area which is probably exactly what you need. The testing of muscles and nerve functions and they have all those types of testing. I just can't remember the names of all the test I am suppose to have, just the funny one.

This can be so many things. Unfortunately unless a Dr. test for a specific thing it will not be found. Then there are of course things that there are simply not test for, they are either diagnosed by clincal symptomaligy or by symptamology and elemanating all reasonable possiblities. It really sounds like you need to follow up with a gatroentrologist for further evulation. However your GP may have to run some further test before that happens depending on what was or was not ran at the ER. You can drive yourself bankers trying to figure out the possiblities.... I hope you find some peace with this.
