my sister was having a lot of issue like these and went through a lot of test. They finally put her on a diet can't remember exactly the name. but she cut out regular milk, wheat, onions, some beans and several other things. But she and I both think that cutting the regular milk and wheat helped the most. Lactose free milk is all she drinks and doesn't eat wheat bread any more.

Helicobacter pylori.

I suffered with this early 2017. The symptoms described are very similar but there was no gurgling just an intense urge to go to the bathroom shortly after consuming specific foods. For me the trigger was cheese. However almost one year on I’m having similar symptoms without eating. I get intense pressure/cramping in the lower left abdomen, hot flushes and fatigue. Almost like there’s something to come out but can’t get out quick enough. Once it has passed things settle down a bit until next time.

It’s most likely hypoglycemia. Try Serrapeptase.

It’s most likely hypoglycemia. Try Serrapeptase. Also try GABA to balance you out and raise dopamine. You have to stick to a keto diet.

H. Pylori normally causes stomach ulcers along with everything else. You gotta see a Dr. If you think it's that, cuz those things hurt so bad.

Did you deliver your child via C-section? If so, you most definetly can have pelvic adhesions. I suffered from them for many years. I had same day laparoscopic lysis surgery and pain is gone !. Might be worth you looking into. Abdominal adhesions can develop from ANY prior abdominal surgery (not just a C-section). Best of luck !

I'm 35, been experiencing a lot of the same symptoms, I've been extremely fatiqued since august 2017, I'm not saying it's IBS, I'm thinking more like Pancreatic Cancer as my research shows how the symptoms come on gradually and get stronger as well as worse over time.

So I had a similar issue to many posting on this board. Began as abdominal gurgling and stomach area "talking alot". As time went by (few months) got louder and more noticeable. At night my stomach, or intestinal area was really wanting to have a discussion with someone, but I wanted to sleep... and just like some people I know, stomach area wouldn't stop talking. Also felt bloated and uncomfortable after all meals. Went to doc after I started getting pains in right flank, and other areas in abdomen. CT scan was negative... yay. Next ... gradually my stomach/intestinal area seemed to feel more bloated... now most of the time, still grumbling alot... the pain went from almost non-existent to... "hey I'm here, remember me?" to... a band of dull pain/tightness/bloating in entire abdominal upon waking every day. Starting to become a bit concerning now. I have been able to reduce all symptoms by about 90 percent at this point. Here is what I did... not sure what exactly did the trick, but something worked pretty well. 1. Stopped/avoided ALL Gluten as much as possible. 2. Drinking lots of filtered water every day. 3. Eating mostly fresh green/colored vegetables../rice/potatoes Green smoothie every day with large variety of healthy ( Kale, Shard, Nuts, Beets, Fruit Juice, Tomatoes, Carrots, Apple,...) you get it. 4. Intermittent fasting ( Dr. Jason Fung)... from 16 hour to 48 hour water only fasts... WHILE taking 2 daily Probiotic recommended by Dr. Michael Klapper.
5. Cut out as much sugar as possible as to starve bad bugs of food supply.
6. 1 Tsp of Gluten free Metamucil every couple of days. 7. Oil of Oregano for a few days. 8. Walked a few miles per day. 9. Study what the Vagus nerve is and how to stimulate it... sorry I'm a skeptic, but will admit deep breathing and singing/humming/meditation seemed..... to IMMEDIATELY make everything go away. The Vagus nerve thing may... be a very profound healer... don't laugh...try it if you are suffering, it cost 2000.00 less than the CT scan. Also drinking cold water seemed to have an immediate helpful effect. My symptoms lasted for 3 months, while gradually getting worse.. My improvement took about 1 week.
I was eating some meat/fish/chicken and drinking some gluten free alcyhol while doing this so I'm not a total killjoy, just using diet and improvement discipline to solve the problem. I truly hope these ideas can help you.

I have H Pylori and Gastroparesis. Unfortunately there is no cure but they can treat h pylori with heavy antibiotics. With a simple blood test you can find out if you have it. It will live in your body the rest of your life. I also never get a flu shot because that will make it flare up. It sucks but hopefully you can find some relief.

Likely constipation. I had the same feelings in the same area (but I'm a man, no pregnancy involved). I was diagnosed with IBS not long after.
