Hi there,
I am 32 years old and for as long as I can remember I have always felt sick, whether it be a headache, body pain or a sever emergency room visit stomache pain. Family members started calling me a hypochondriac, and would always ask what's it gonna be today. As time progressed I very slowly started withdrawing from hanging out with friends and then staying away from family. Doctors could never tell me what was wrong except for the occasional ulcers, tendonitis, fybromialgia, chronic migrane headeaches....and so on. Just when I thought I would finally find relief over a diagnosis, I would find that yeah the relief would come for that one symptom but the rest of them still linguered on, causing me pain and misery on a daily basis. Until the time came when things got worst that it actually started to affect my work and life overall, cause I was always too tired and sick to do much of anything, and thought I was allergic to food, cause anything I ate would make me sick. People had also started asking on a more regular basis if I was pregnant, since my stomache was always bloated. One day I was fed up with all of it and went on the search for a cure. Needless to say that my journey since my findings and life changing habbits hasn't been easy but it's been a year this month and I sure feel a whole lot healthier and are a much happier person. I found out that I have a sensativity to gluten products. If you have this symptoms I strongly urge you to get a test from your doctor, I found that this type of illness is hard to ditect and takes years to do so, and dr's don't typically test for this unless pushed for it :)!
Hope this helps and would like to know what happens!!

The cold sweats, shakes, goosebumps, accelerated heartbeat, nausea and thinking you need to go to the toilet is actually a panic attack.
You feel like you are about to die or something really bad is happening, you feel paranoid and wary of everything that is going on around you.
You feel better once your mind has stopped racing, when you are watching telly or keeping yourself occupied. Then you think about it and bam, you feel sick again.
It wears off after a good few hours and you feel fine, then something sets you off again. Back to staying up all night feeling like rubbish.
I still get this now but it is very rare. I know the difference between a panic attack and actual stomach problems.
Mine were brought on by a fear of vomiting. I still have it now but I have it under control. Alright, I won't vomit and have not in 13 years, but I hardly ever panic now.
The pain in your stomach can be stress. Trust me I have had weeks and weeks of stomach aches, pains, cramps and now I have gone and got IBS from so much stress.
Peppermint tea and lavender oil is the only thing I use.
Peppermint tea soothes and eases the pain, also great for nausea and lavender oil just get a bottle and sniff when you feel panicked. It will calm you right down.
The only way your stomach will get better is if you try and stop worrying too much. I know how hard that is but after some time, I managed it and my fear is dormant. I have about 10 panic attacks a year and they are mild compared to having them 10 times a month or more and they were severe and sometimes lasted 2-3 days.
