I am not sure if it is constipation that I am suffering of. I never had any serious problems with my stomach, but in past few weeks I have mild stomach pains in the morning. I don’t know is it because of the stress or the food or...who knows what. I just end some advice about this. Thank you. I am 29, female.
My advice to you is yoga or more exactly Nauli- Abdomen Churning. This is a method of controlling and toning all your internal organs and it involves churning or contracting different abdominal muscles through breath and muscles control. This is like sucking in your abdomen and moving the muscles in and out by pushing forwards, But without breathing. It is believed to increase the flow of system; helps cure constipation, indigestion, acidity, nervous diarrhea, hormonal imbalances, flatulence, and sexual and urinary disorders. Nauli also energizes and calms you during emotional disturbances, improves your posture and also relieves menstrual problems. Ideally do this exercise early in the morning on an empty stomach. If this doesn’t help, ask your doctor.
