help me how to keep my somach in a good shape it keeps on growing bigger and bigger when i eat or when am hungry..really need help

Hello chico,

A lot of people have trouble with their waistlines.  There are two things you need to concentrate on.  Eating properly and exercise.  Eating properly means lean meats/seafood, fresh veggies and fruit.  No fast food like hambergers and French fries.  You should start out exercising 3 times a week.  You can start by walking or biking.  Gradually work up to more rigorous exercise but stay well within your comfort zone.  I like to swim perhaps you might like to lift weights or perhaps jog.  That's up to you.  As soon as you get your diet under control and you exercise regularly, I think you'll find that your stomach will shape up.
