Ok, I dont know if this is normal or not, but I recently changed my diet from food that was high-sugar/carbs, high-fat, ect and drinking soda almost non-stop to eating more veggies/fruits, more natural foods, ect and started drinking water instead of soda.
Day 1-4 was good, but on day 5 I began having this "sick to my stomache" pain, with some burping, my stools havent been solid, more semi-solid. It seems to get worse when I drink more water, so I dont know what to do. I stopped drinking an eating garbage, now i feel worse than i did when i did eat that junk.

maybe your body is trying to adjust to the change or flush out your system. Veggies really bloat me and give me gas and belch. any meat or protien? There are alot of sugars in fruit. I ate alot of fruit one time and it made me gain weight. fyi
