What to do to stop foul odor after uterine abalation surgery?

If your odor hasn't abated yet, I can tell you that the best thing to do (from what I've heard) is diet. You have to eat healthy and it helps a lot. Is that vague? XD How are you doing right now?

I hope that you have resolved your problem by now and that you didn’t have to make such big changes in your diet. Mostly bad odor of the urine is connected with our dietary habits and this is something that most people don’t know. By eating asparagus it is more likely that your urine is going to have the smell of the fish and of course this freaks us out. So cut back on the food which is causing the odd odor of the urine.
Also try to drink more water because it will dilate urine and the smell is not going to be so strong. If after all this there are no changes than you will have to talk to your doctor about this matter.
