Hi, so I'm 18, I still live with my parents and I want to stop taking my birth control, I've been on it for about a year and a half and I really want to quit because it's made me depressed and gain like 20 pounds. I'm not happy but I want to quit and I can't tell my parents I'm stopping. Would the doctor be able to tell I stop taking them with any sort of tests or no? Please help.

It depends what tests are done. Where do you live?

Why were you taking the pill? What are you going to do instead of taking it? We need some more background.

Your doctor needs to know what medication you are on when treating you, and possibly the doctor would not tell your parents anyway (patient confidentiality). It is dangerous to keep details of medication from your medical practitioner. You could try an alternative pill that would better suit you.
