I have had the same exact experience. I had a kidney transplant a little over a year ago and I would get the cramp in my right side and I would not be able to move until it stopped. I could be driving, exercising or just get up to quickly and it would happen. I felt like the new kidney was trying to get out! Icould watch my stomach move like there was a baby kicking. I would ask the Nephrologist at every check up and they would say "hmm, that's strange." But one day, I got a different one and she said that it sounded like my intestines were cramping and there isn't much room on the right side due to the new kidney. So I took her recommendation to eat 2-3 prunes a day. It works! Such a blessing. I have had 2 episodes this past year and they were both during vacation. So needless to say, I went and bought some prunes. Hope this helps!

I'm 29 my youngest is 5 now and for a few weeks now I've had the same thing happen. It feels just like a baby kicking but it's constant and now I'm getting worried. I've had my tubes tied since 09 and I have regular periods so I know I'm not pregnant.....

I'm so glad I'm not the only one going through this. I have a 12 month old and my period still hasn't came and I been feeling movement in my stomach area , even a heartbeat. Took dozens of pregnancy test, all were negative. But yet I still feel a baby kick and my lower back tends to hurt sometimes. I made a doctors appointment so hopefully someone can tell me whats wrong because I can't take the feeling, it's kind of scary. Any suggestions please respond

I have had the exact same thing - the only way I can explain it is as a strange movement that comes if I reach and turn for something or strain in some way. It is very irregular but at times it has caused me to clutch at my abdomen. Did you find out what it was?

Sometimes mine movements are so severe they feel as if they're going to stay that way. I can't even move sometimes, and there is pain that comes with these movement. It's very much like a baby kicking, but worse! I've had tests but the doctor says everything looks fine, but I know this isn't normal. I've done some research on my own and what I found is called Peristalic movements. Look it up, very interesting, I will be asking my doctor on my next visit.

I am 47 years old and I have been having issues for years.  The other night, I had leaned forward and felt a pain in my abdomin on the right side.  It felt like something got twisted.  I would guess it was my intestines. Once it untangled, the pain subsided.  How can I get this to stop from happening.

I think it's pretty amazing to know i'm not going crazy!! for the last 3 months i thought i was pregnant and baby developing so fast i felt it kick. or that i was pregnant and i was getting negative preg test because i wasn't producing enough hormones due to being 38 yrs old.  I had a natural birth and a c-sec (last) it's been 3 years and had my tubes tied.  i hadn't had my period for almost 3 months. so i scheduled an appt and Lord and behold the week i'm finally going to the Dr. - my period arrived.  So I still went to my Dr. appt - and explained i was feeling the following: Vaginal dryness, "blah feeling", couldn't concentrate, felt like a baby was kicking me inside, sleepy and tired alot....and other pregnancy feelings.  He said that I probably had what's called "Premature Ovarian Failure" and that my hormones where out of wack.  That the hormone that allows me to ovulate and have my period is probably low.  And the moment was the intestines because I had a C-section my insides aren't organized the way GOD originally placed them after I had the baby.  So chances are that it's the muscles in the intestines moving feces and gas.  Not to panic, (yeah easy for him to say).  So he ordered many hormone test (blood work) and i'm waiting on the results.  I go on the 13th of this month and will know finally what's going on inside of me.  He's confortable to say that i'm not pregnant.... I STILL THINK I MAY BE.... He says hormones play a large role in our daily activies... so they too mess with acid reflux, intestinal issues and even emotional..... sure hope i get a pill soon... I wanna feel normal and smile more often again :0)
