Yes I have been getting it quite often these days. I even get popping or a feeling of kicking. So I an now researching this experience and sorry to say I have your symptoms to be the same. Sue

I had the same thing during perimenopause and thought I was 5 months pregnant (due to dates). A few days later, started having contractions, so thought I was in premature labor. Went to hospital (in Turkey, where medicine is more natural), and they told me I was not pregnant, but constipated. I began taking herbs to train my intestinal muscles to work on their own and the whole thing went away in a couple of days. I also started making a point to drink a lot more water. I now drink 1.5L of water upon waking (Japanese water therapy), which cleans me out every morning, then drink only water or herb teas throughout the day, as needed.

It most likely is a hyatial hernia... I was told after first son I was born with it. My stomach muscle wasn't attached at bottom. Very scary can lead to life threatening situation if surgery isn't performed to reattach. Doctor said 99.8% of time you will die before getting to ER... major artery bleed out. Please get it confirmed & checked out. Good luck & take care

HI, I would be 16 in a few weeks and I have that problem but near my navel. I have never had sex and I get this similar feeling when I workout but worst where I cannot even move. My mommy calls that one a cramp. The little one that I'm getting on my navel started recently I can feel and even see the movement as if something is rolling around there. It has me really scared its really close to my navel and is uncomfortable and I don't know if it is dangerous. Please can someone explain what this isss. I have weak tummy muscles and I thought this could be the cause of my muscles slacking and tightening back or a air bubble in my tummy it only recently started so I'm not sure.

Wow! I have had this same issue for over 20 years now. I am 49 years old. I had three C-Sections for my three children. Yes, it feels like a painful ball movement. I'm so happy that I found this website, and to know that we can all share our medical condition what women go through. I'm keeping you all in my prayers

I had this happen when I was 60, definitely not expecting a baby. I also now at 63 have dull aching pain on the left and right side of abdominal. I have to lay on right side then left in order to poop. I am a vet and went to the VA and when I told them this they said we'll you don't have a hernia, which I knew I didn't. Personally I believe I may have a twisted large intestine. Really sucks. At times everything I have eaten for 12+ hours comes back up.
