I too have been experiencing this strange movement in my for 5 years now. The doctors can't explain it and now it has becoming more annoying as well as persistent. Truly I have the same exact thing and am also a nurse. I have self diagnosed the same but this is truly annoying. It's the same spot every day all day for weeks now just below my right rib cage above my umbilicus. If I hadn't had a hysterectomy I would have swore I was preggo.

I'm so cliche in saying I'm glad I found an active discussion about this topic but hey lol.. I'm 30, no chance of being pg, no regular bowel movements (hardly ever) fiber/laxatives don't work for me & this feeling is driving me crazy!!!! Im experiencing the same. Its on my right lower abdominal side. It feels like a baby rolling over and i can see it move and whether i have my hand there or not i feel it usually when i lay down. Dont understand it. Cant be pregnant. Im at a loss. Let me know what you find out. Thanks. 9
