Hi,
I am 18 years of age, and I have been a masturbator since an early age of around 9 or 10. I don't actually masturbate much, but i used to pull out with magazines, that show sexy pictures of women in lingerie or bikini, and instantly i would start touching my penis with the papered pictured of the sexy image, and go over it untill i would ejaculate. It seems rather embarrasing, but i really had a bad habbit of doing that regularly. I had been a good sports person throughout my years at primary school. But as i had masturbated, over the years, i started to feel Dizzy all of a sudden, and get a rapid heart beat. Sometimes, i would feel so hot, and my mouth would feel dry, that i feel as though i am about to vommit.
These days, i can't run much, as i run, i feel alot of stiffness in my legs, and i feel so tired, and my legs feel weak. I feel sick if i force myself to much, and for that, i did not get a good grade for physical education at my secondary school. I always daydream...particulary to nothing at all... i would just be stirring at something, and feel drained out. Whenever i walk, i feel so stiff, and i cant walk properly, i feel as though i am about to get a cramp in my legs, and i wobble when i walk, in different pattterns. It is so annoying.
Not so long ago...about 3 years ago...at the time of my GCSE's... i had eaten fish from a tin can, and i did not cook it peroplery. That day, i had choked on a piece of bone of the fish. I felt as though it has gone somewhere deep down my throat, and from then on, i have had alot of mucus present in my throat. Usually in the mornings I would get mucus in my throat, and this has also lead to slight difficulties in breathing, not alot, but slight. But this has also effected my stamina... I really do not know if this problem is got to do with masturbation or the fish bone getting stuck in my throat. I have tried ENT, and they did a test that was about me drinking a power form liquid, which tasted rather nice...and when they scanned me, it was shown negative....
Sometimes, as i wake up in the mornings out of my bed, and stretch my arms, all of a sudden, my mind would feel so exhausted and drained out, and i start getting blackouts, and it would feel as though im going to become unconcious... and so i have to quickly look down and cover my eyes, as i put my head down to my bed...my head starts to feel so dizzy and light, i cannot describe it properly...And then, i would have to wait for a few seconds untill it is over.
Most of the times, my head would feel heavy, and tired. I feel as though my energy has been drained ALOT, and i feel light at the same time, and i get tired easily when i run to college, as my heart beat can be felt and i begin to sweat alittle while... Nowadays... i can't concentrate much on my business assignments, as i would daydream, and look at unimportant stuff such as yoga and spirituality. I would think i am wasting time, and then i end up doing coursework at night. Its very annoying. IU have tried my best, and it takes alot of WILLLPOWER to get things done. I get shy, and have a hard time taking part is class discussions, as i would feel shy and sometimes i just get speechless and start to go red. I am in this case sensitive...and sometimes i can't decide for myself what is right, and what is wrong...i daydream about...NOTHING...its strange... and i really think, all of these have been the after effects of chronic masturbation... i seem to go on the internet, and start looking and pornish sites...i really dont do it on purpose...its just to much pleasure for me not to take...
My eyes start looking at something for a longgg time, and at the same time, i am thinking of nothing!!...I really try my best to do yoga and pranayama breathing exercises... I get down, and i dont feel that excited then the past years...i always feel bored...and start to look on the internet for useless things that have no importance what so ever!!...
I would like everyone to please take interest in my experiences and please help me find solutions..as i think this is something rather odd...my mind is always feeling sluggish and slow...i would sometimes feel stiff at particular parts of my body...

hi hansol
have you been to see an orthopedic or a rheumatologist? sounds like you might have some arthritis or something taking place in your joints, causing stiffness, muscle related pains. more and more young people are developing arthritis, the one thing about being young and having it though is that it is better treated.
sounds like you could use a really good physical, lab work, and some serious evaluations. maybe even an EEG to make sure your not having seizures of some sort. are you a video game addict?
you should look into fasting. detoxing your body of toxic buildups. when your fasting, disease cannot spread. look into some healthy fasts. learn about the fasting that muslims do. there has been much research on it that proves its very beneficial.
visit a vitamin/whole foods store and look into natural healing, fasting programs, speak with someone who works there to get help on finding what would be the best program for you. you could be suffering from lack of certain vitamins.
most importantly though my friends, DO NOT drive yourself crazy with worry about what is wrong with you as this will only cause you to have anxiety and depression. take it one day at a time, relax and tell yourself your working on getting better, to much worry is not good for you.
eat right and get enough exercise and sleep. if exercise is painful, try swimming, its a great exercise and helps you to feel refreshed and relaxed. do some mental exercises, math problems, crossword puzzles, word searches..these are nice little exercises to keep the brain working, lol.
i hope you start feeling well soon. i responded to your post because you and my son who is close to you in age have similar health concerns.
do you have insomnia? try to do things for yourself, healthy things that will help you to vent and relax. learn about proper nutrition too.
take care.. ;-)

Thank so much for replying... Im not really sure what i have, but the thing is, i used to have a bad habit of masturbation, which i regret doing ..because i feel as if my brain's energy has been drained.
I feel insecure, its as if my brain is missing a part of it or something. It feels strange, sometimes i get empty thoughts, and just I am always tired....I am always exhausted, and one minute i am doing yoga, the next i am doing pranayama and then, meditation, and then i keep changing myself..its just annoying...

My friend you sound unbalanced. Look up what rieki can do for you. You have concentrated on only two chakras. You need to balance the rest. Hope you find peace after that.
hello hansol29,how are u now?
i have the same feelings and i dont know how to get rid of it..
i have the same feelings and i dont know how to get rid of it..
Hi Hansol, it sounds to me like you might have gotten a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury)-don't worry, it sounds much scarier then it really is. It doesn't mean you have brain damage or anything, it just means that you may have bumped your head and your brain is taking longer to heal. Do you remember hitting your head or getting whiplash, or anything that caused your head to be jerked fast? You had mentioned that you played sports before everything started being hard for you, I think that a TBI is what could be wrong. Many people who get TBI's share the same symptoms as you; like impulse control, chronic need to masterbate, wanting excessive amounts of food or not eating, tired a lot, dizzy, feeling light headed, unable to consentrate on everyday activities, low attention span, changes in behavior, changes in sleep-sleeping a lot or not sleeping, feelings that you can't explaine, motion sickness, headaches-and so many other physical-mental-and emotional 'problems'. When you bruise your head it can cause all sorts of new problems and symptoms. I think that in your case all of the problems you listed are symptoms and are not actually causes. You should go to a doctor and ask if your symptoms may be from a TBI. He'll most likely tell you to see a neurologist who can test you, do MRI's, and possibly put you on medications that will help you until your brain injury heals. You should try googling 'head injury' and see if that fits. The good news is that brain/head injuries do heal-although they can take months or even years to heal depending on how bad you hurt it. You don't even need to hit your head very hard or black out to get one. I didn't hit my head crazy hard, but I've had a TBI for 7yrs, and the doctors don't know when mine will fully heal. Good Luck! I hope this isn't what you have, but if you do-don't worry, there are lots of things that can help!

I have the same feeling of dizzyness it might be sexual plesure???? :-P
I had a traumatic brain injury in October 2015 and have been hemiparetic on the left since. I need to know how I can overcome such a disability because it's the only one left from TBI.
