Strange pressure in face when I tilt head back

I was crawling into bed on my stomach and I tilted my head back to look up at my girlfriend when i couldn't move. I arched up looking up at her with my body laying flat on the bed. My face felt like it was going to explode, pressure all through my head. I couldn't see anything and i couldn't move until my girlfriend moved back and my head was able to fall down a bit with the weight. My whole body went numb and I started to experience hot flashes in my feet and hands. I couldn't think straight for at least 5 minutes after laying still on my back. It has been approximately 30 mins since the incident took place and i have a sense of heaviness and floating sensation transition between each other. What the heck happened and should I be concerned.
