I have the same thing and noticed it around a month ago. I hear the noise when I move side to side but it also makes my back click. This could be related to upper back pain I’m experiencing too. Tempted to go to the doctors but concious of being fobbed off/wasting their time!

Wow I honestly thought I was the only one. One day it just started happening but it's been harmless so far. I've gotten it checked but nobody knows what is.

Did they say what about the diaphragm? Because I have the same thing and nobody can figure it out I’ve been saying this for like 10 years now. Does anyone have like the same autoimmune disease? Is it like From a hiatal hernia? Does anyone have any answers yet?
