Hope someone can help...
My periods are fairly erratic. I've been off the pill for a long time now, and my last cycle was 41 days long. I should have gotten my period about 5 days ago, (counting my cycle as 41 days) but nothing yet.
I've been having nausea almost daily between 3pm and 6pm, very tender, enlarged breasts, moodiness, and fatigue. Feels nothing like PMS.
I took three HPTs up to the day after my period was 'due'...all neg.
My doctor took a quantitative blood test, ZERO hCG. She scheduled an ultrasound in 5 days to see what's going on with me.
Could I be pregnant? My body's been pretty weird in a lot of ways, so it wouldn't surprise me to be one out of 19283476232834 women who don't have any hCG show up until whenever, or for my period to be completely wacky and whatever.... But would the ultrasound show anything? Maybe?
Just very confused, trying to figure out what's up with me. Any help appreciated.

It might just be delayed because of stress or a change in your daily routine.
Also, sometimes menstrual cycles change.
My moms did, and mine did.
It happens regularly, just at a different time of the month.
So keep watching out!
