Actually it does really work. Maybe you should do more research on the 3 Day Diet before you say it's "just water weight" and "unhealthy". It teaches people to portion their meals properly first yes by eating at least 1000 calories per day for 3 days which is the lowest calorie intake women can take in before they start screwing up metabolism. Plus this is also what the People in the Military do so they are eating their food and exercising exercising exercising which is what people should do while they are on the three days. and then for 4 days eat the normal amount of calories per day while still eating healthy a little snack here and there during the 4 days is alright. then go back to the three day diet if you want to lose more weight. If you do not want to lose more weight then just continue eating and exercising the same way you are during the 4 days staying healthy.

I am 15 years old and i tried this diet because at 230 pounds i really need to get fit. I'm honestly losing the weight for me, nobody else but me. When i did this the first time i lost about 8 pounds, and i was shocked! For me it got me going on my weight loss and now i think about what i eat alot more and i have lost 10 more pounds since Christmas. I would recommend this, i love it! It really makes you think about your choices! Please pray for me as i go through this journey!

In my opinion... there is nothing wrong with the low daily calorie count. Pay attention to your body and, if you are otherwise healthy, you should be OK.
I, myself, lost over 50 lbs a few years ago using one of the cookie diets. They simply keep you from being hungry throughout the day then I had a balanced, low-calorie dinner. It was pretty easy to lose the weight and even though I tried to stay at least 800 calories each day, sometimes I would drop into the low 700's without adverse affects. The diet I used was R&D Cookie Diet in case you're interested.

Congrats to you! I found the 3 day diet plan from work one of my patients actually uses it and it works for her, so I decided to try it. I believe i lost about 6 1/2 pounds. But I am so motivated to get back on it this summer!!

Actually, this diet has been endorsed by Dr. Oz to try. He said there had been no health complications that he witnessed while having someone on a trial for the diet. Also, the first few pounds are indeed water weight, but after that it is actual fat. The diet works by chemical breakdown.

I'm sorry but you are wrong. You get to drink as much water as you want so, if you decide to do the diet responsibly you will lost weight and keep it off. I've done this multiple times and have always kept the weight off.
