yesterday, I found a picture of some blonde girl. That girl is Suzanne Somers, apparently very famous and smart lady. She is also into some diets, and I have read that many people have lost unwanted pounds thanks to this diet.
Is she a fitness coach, doctor, nutritionist, television celebrity? Where can I find her diet menu plan to follow? How can her plan help me lose weight?
I think that she also had some weight problems, and that she said she was tired of living on a diet to be good looking.
Any experience with this diet or program?

Apparently, Suzanne Somers is a smart and beautiful woman. I would like to have a body like she is having at her age!
Her diet was first introduced in her book „Eat great, lose weight“. Basically, Somersizing is not a diet, it is a healthy lifestyle. Actually, she has a plan that can be classified as a low – carbohydrate diet. She eats everything, and she is still thin! That is possible.
Rule number 1: Combine food
Rule number 2 : Eat simple meals
Rule number 3: Eliminate junk food and bakery items.

thanks a lot! So, basically, the key factor is that I need to know what groceries I can eat with other groceries, right? I hope I will learn how to do it. The best thing – there is no calorie counting! Finally something easy.
But, I am still skeptical about this diet or eating plan! How to pay attention to everything I am eating? Is that even possible? Is there any list of groceries or not? Is that even pure, healthy and clean?
I hope it is, because I am willing to try it!
