I am spinal cord injury patient ,paralyzed below chest .I went to a lab for semen analysis test they told me to not to use any lubricant .I had already problem with ejaculation because of sense issue I had to stimulate it hard and with no lube it was like a hell
I took Viagra and start rubbing about two hours and at the end I gave up and used some drop of olive oil I ejaculated and cleaned my penis and put my condom catheter but after one day when I change the catheter my penis was swollen and skin is broken and bleeding at some places and now it has been three days the swelling is still there and the wounds are there I use condom catheter but now I leave it maximum open plz help me
