I love swimming, and I'm on my period. I don't think my mom will let me use a tampon!! What do I do??
Rather than using tampon the best one to use is menstrual cup which is 100% safe for all women. Women have to worry about their menstrual cycle during their events, as it becomes difficult to change the protection. This can be avoided by preferring menstrual cups like Femmy cup, diva cup, coupe menstruelle and many more as you can keep your menstrual cup for about 12 hours straight without worrying about any unpleasant odor. All in all no one would ever know you are on your period.
