hey i am 22 years old and i have extreme swelling of my left axillary gland.i also am experiencing extreme fatigue, cold sweats and night sweats, i am bruising easily and i am always sick please help me !! i do not even have the slightest idea of what this could be
well, did you check your blood? how long have you been going through this fatigue? do you feel any lump on your armpit?
you'd better go for HIV blood test, if you are at risk of acquiring the disease.

Since your symptoms are not that clear it is best to visit your doctor and do the checkup of your whole body. Fatigue can be consequence of various different things such as pregnancy (if you are suspecting that this could be the reason you can always buy home pregnancy test) than anemia can cause fatigue and tiredness (deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals can be easily resolved by taking certain supplements). I wouldn’t go that far and do the HIV test if there is no suspicion that you could get infected, but if you did have unsafe sexual intercourse than it is wise to check this as well.
