swollen lower abdomen with pain, lower back pain, tiredness,

I've had very similar symptoms. I have a swollen belly, it starts just above my belly button and just goes down. It's sorta like a huge bump. Anyway it started about a week ago when it got noticeable. I get a bit of pain in this area, but it is bare able. I might be pregnant, waiting a couple more days before I buy a prenacny test, because I was only due for my period yesterday. I have a bit of pain while having sex, and me and my boyfriend use the withdrawal method. I also have pain in that area when I need poo. Anyone know what this might be, to save me freaking out for the next couple days

hello all ! i know that this thread is over a year old, but maybe someone will stumble upon it like i did with my symptoms.. 

let me start by saying i was on iud last year, i had this removed and started on the depo shot. even on mirena, i have ALWAYS had a period. only have had two shots of the depo before stopping in april. now, in april 2013 i was due for my next depo shot, when me and my fiance got serious, i did not go back for this 3rd shot. may, i had a slight period, i was at my grandparents house with no pad or anything, so i used TP. i only spotted for maybe an hour and it was gone. no biggie, didnt think anything about it. well, since then i have been slightly nauseous, having pain in my abdomen, bloating, i am VERY tired all the time, and i am on a routine of waking up at 6, going to bed at 10. here lately i have been SO tired around 2 o'clock. i have a weird, hard, string like (i guess you would say) muscle or something on the right side of my belly, it starts at my ribs and goes down to my pelvis. it is maybe an inch wide (from what i can feel) and it is hard, and starting to be able to feel it when i am sitting up driving. i am full and uncomfortable. i have weighed around 115-120 ALL of my life ! i am 20 years old, my eating habits have not changed, no more stress has been added to me, but i am 4, almost 5 months late on my period !! i have no idea what so ever what could be the problem. i have take a pregnancy test about twice a month since july, and all are negative. i have heard of women not producing enough horomones to provide a positive test, but if i was pregnant you would think that by 4 months it would show ! i have not had intercourse since july, but when i did in july, it hurt very very badly ! my discharge looks to be about the same, maybe more coming out but that'd be it. please HELP !! my period has shown no signs of coming and i am starting to get worried. i have put this off in hopes of maybe the depo was getting out of my system, but i think it would be out by now !! please send me a direct email, i will get back asap ! i would go to the doctor, but it is 140 for the visit plus additional costs of anything they do up front on the day of the visit. i just cant shell out hundreds of dollars on extra things being as i am now currently a single mother with one income.
