Swollen/painful glands, fatigue, back pain, headaches, nausea, etc. Please help.

Hello! Im a 23 year old female. Just so you know my prev history - I was diagnosed with M.E at 15years, then depression due to the M.E i guess, then glandular fever - which i somehow managed to get twice. I managed to get back to full fitness in a year or so. I have been able to work full time until recently, every now and then having to take days off from virally things (a couple of days every 2-3 months)- think i get run down fairly easy. Anyway about 4 wks ago i got bitten by a cat near my joint on my finger - went to docs for oral antibiotics the next day to be safe - had a weeks worth of these. Started to feel quite rotten 3days into the course. It seemed that the antibiotics caused me to get ill easier, as i quickly developed what i thought was flu: fatigue, aches and pains, headaches, painful glands, aching kidneys. I was laid up fully for 3 days and able to do odd jobs around the house on other days (took just over a week off work). I went to the docs to keep work shtum - she said its just a flu like virus. I still felt rotten once my antibiotics had finished including feeling nauseous on and off, however had an increased appetite and for different things like milk and icecream (im usually a savoury person). The kidney pain began to get worse so i went back to docs - he tested my urine, which showed i had a urinary infection (more antibiotics for a wk).The kidney pain slowly subsided and the glands in my groin became more painful and swollen, but have now settled down (only throb intermittently, usually when more active). My armpit glands also throb in the same way. My neck glands, espec the ones where the pulse is felt are very swollen (always been larger than norm since g.fever) - more than usual & painful, making my whole head feel like its in a vice at times (also feel pain just in front of ears - doc has checked ears which are fine). Went back to docs - she tested urine again (now clear) - sent me for blood test (testing only FBC - full blood count, ESR - inflammatory response, LFT - liver function) which came back normal. I still feel rubbish, have done 3 pregnancy tests just in case, due to the headaches getting progressively worse, nausea, and increased appetite, also very bloated at the mo. I do also feel much more sensitive to noise almost like my ears vibrate to certain noises - if that makes sense. The majority of the time i wake up with a headache which goes away fairly quickly, to then reappear in the eve, extending down the back of my neck. Ive also been getting quite a lot of lower back pain - even had to get my fiance to carry a shopping basket coz it hurt too much (usually im lifting 20+kg on a daily basis& fine). Sorry to blab on, there are so many symptoms which seem to get worse when i go to work or get shopping etc. Im just so fed up with feeling so rubbish and i never feel like the docs do enough- i always feel like ive wasted their time. If anyone has the same thing going on or has a fair bit of knowledge about these things please let me know what you think? Any input would really be appreciated, thankyou. x
