I did some 'hard' masturbation and in that process my foreskin was removed from the tip of my penis. After some time I noticed that the foreskin has swollen and now its like a baloon.
I am able to pass urine without any issues. The baloon however is causing some inflammation.
Any ideas/help on how to correct this problem.
