Swollen vagina, very uncomfortable!

So my boyfriend and i had sex about a week ago. I got a couple of small tears right at the bottom of my vagina. They weren't too bad, but then a couple of days later he was fingering me (It was too sore to have sex) and it felt fine. But the day after I noticed a couple more small tears on the inner labia. When I woke up this morning it was a lot more painful, the cuts on the bottom of my vaginal opening stung really bad when i urinated, and I looked in the mirror and my whole vagina is swollen. So swollen that I cant even try and "Pry" it open. I haven't had ANY discharge, I have safe sex, and my boyfriend and i are both std free. I'm wondering if its a bacterial infection? Yeast infection? I am at my wits end. I have been taking sitz baths every few hours. And my mom gave me some A&D cream. But it only relieves the itching and soreness for a shortwhile! Someone please help me out!
If its not feeling better by tomorrow im going to make a doctors appointment! Im just freaked out cause nothing like this has ever happened to me before, and nothing has really helped the pain! I'm having a hard time walking, sleeping even is uncomfortable! So uncomfortable it woke me up at 7 this morning and i had to take a bath to ease the pain!
The scariest part though is the swelling. I've gotten small tears before from having too rough of sex, but this is soooo much worse!
It could be an allergic reaction but i don't know too what? Condoms never bother me, didn't use lubricant.
Maybe cranberry juice would work, kind of like how it works for kidney/bladder infections?
I dunno! I just need to feel some relief here! its driving me insane!
