I have a friend who has been doing TaeBo for about 7 months regularly. Now he said he want some other type of TaeBo, so I do not know what to think about this. Could it happen that old way was too easy for him? Can anyone understand my question and give me any reasonable answer?

I know exactly what your friend is going through since I have been in the same situation. Problem was that nobody said loudly enough for me was that new way of TaeBo was quite advanced. It is a nine out of 10 on the take my breath away scale. What this video of TaeBo exercises contains is a collection of clips from other advanced TaeBo workouts from several different genres. For me, it is problem because it change very rapidly and I did not have a chance to catch my breath between sets as in other TaeBo videos. I would not recommend this video to anyone who is not in good physical condition. Billy is great as always in this video, but he cannot make up for what your body lacks in endurance. The workouts are a little on the long side, difficult to finish if you have young children in the home. I also think that this TaeBo video also lacks the balance of other videos. For example, sometimes the clip does not include both sides of the body, which I found is a problem to me. It is essential to do some additional warm up and cool down as well, so I do not think this advanced TaeBo is much better then the old way.
