Okay so I'm a fifteen year old male and I dont really have weight problems yet but I think it could escalate into something bad. Im certainly not in the greatest condition but im absolutely by far not in the worst either. I've lately been getting urges just to eat even when im not hungry I mean sometimes I give into this temptation, but others I dont. Most times I eat something small when I get the temptations like maybe a slice of pizza and some juice or a little bit of popcorn that sorta thing but I just feel it could escalate to just compulsive eating.
I started watching Dr.Oz on tv recently because he always has health tips and I just want to stay in peak shape.... he was talking about saturated and Trans fats. but what exactly are they. And I know they arent always called that and will kinda be disguised with other names so how am I supposed to avoid these things compltely.
