I have been experiencing telogen efluvium for the past two months. Massive shedding all over, my ponytail thickness used to be the size of a quarter- it’s now the size of a dime. I had long hair but I cut it to my shoulders last week. My friends don't know what to say to me and I'm afraid all the time. Has anyone else out there experienced this telogen efluvium? I'd like to hear someone’s story.
I was on physical stress which induced "telogen efluvium”. I got food poisoning, lost about 7kg in a week then a week later- my body decided to make my hair fallout. I have to wear a hat all the time and I am crying all the time. I lost about 50 % of my hair already. I am desperate and I don’t know how this will end.
