I have had tender/sore breast for about a month now. Left side pelvic area, where my ovaries are, there is a lump. My lower back has started hurting really bad and I have been experiencing leg soreness. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests and all are NEGATIVE. I read that caffine and chocolate can cause your breasts to be sore but I have neither drank nor eaten any more than usual! Any comments to what could be going on?

You should schedule an appointment with your Dr. It could different things. At the Dr they can do an ultrasound, blood test to see you are pregnant!
