I have never had an intercourse but yet der was a bleeding after a long course of running and excercising...I feel my hymen has been ruptured ..can u pl suggest me the way to prove an dtest my virginity if thr hymen is ruptured

If u "ruptured" ur hymen runnin doesnt mean u lost ur virginity u loose it when a penis enters ur vagina but anyways yeh u should see a doctor. I dunno if shoving a finger in ur vagina and checking to see u still feel like a peice of tissue still there blocking ur opening will tell u if ur hymen has been "ruptured"
