Hello,
I have a few small bumps on my right testical. I have had them since I was maybe 13, I am now 17. I went to a doctor a couple years back and I got these bumps checked out. He said everything seemed fine. But, I was curious and looked up what these bumps can be recently and all I can find is cancer cancer cancer. Could I have been mis-checked?
Also, what else can the bumps possible mean besides the cancer?

Actually, cancer would be related to a bump and not bumps. Most often the malignant (cancerous) bump is solid. If you had anything like that, your doctor would have found it.
I am surprised that your doctor looked at those little bumps and didn’t explain what they are in order to ease your mind. I reckon that these are ordinary sebaceous cysts since they haven’t changed for three years and haven’t disappeared. Maybe even more had developed since the first one appeared.
These sebaceous cysts form from secretion called sebum produced by the oil glands under the skin. The white stuff is the same white stuff from pimples. There are a lot of oil glands on the testicles as well as on penis and when this secretion can’t get out to the surface to lubricate the skin, it accumulates and forms these bumps.
They are perfectly natural and won’t do you any harm unless you constantly pick them and they get infected or inflamed. Then they could get big, red and hurt.

Thank you! Bad news is I have been messing with them out of paranoya, so now they ache.
Just to be sure, I will see a doctor about them anyway. There are about 3 bumps total.

Not cancer, just glands according to the doc!
