I noticed this problem six years ago. I had no idea what it was. I went through 13 doctors, 5 ER visits, and multiple tests before any help came. A urologist prescribed me rapiflo. Worked. Later my primary prescribed Flomax as a cheaper substitute. Worked. Both of these drugs relax the bladder neck muscles along with the tubes in that area. Is my condition related to meth? Absolutely. By chance I found this out. I quit several times a couple years ago for just a month each time. After a few days of stopping I wouldn't have to take a pill to prevent the pain. This lasted right up until I started using again all four times I stopped. One time i remember hitting the pipe after a month of stopping and being pain free only to have the pain start to come on within literally 30 seconds of that first hit. Most horrible put the fear of god in you type pain. A hot bath, as hot as you can stand it helps incredibly well to relax everything down there but the pain will return if i stop or take the flowmax. Just "relieve" yourself. That tends to make it go away, and yes, plenty of fluids really works as well. Preferably water.
My man was n so much pain with swelling of left testical also a meth user took his life @ my home but he was becoming sum 1 I did not know.I loved him very much n miss him meth is to b giving do not injest signs for a few months leave this stuff alone pple please.

I'll be glad to help you in your research as I am an occasional user and if I inject it, my nuts feel like they are wrestling with each other and I have to relieve myself just to ease the pain. Other times I just can't get enough relief and I constantly feel as if I have to pee or come to stop the balls up madness!
