My guess is when ya start to sweat it out it literally starts eating your flesh for some reason its only ever my balls & feet though that are affected & as for the balls twisting yeah I have no idea on that one.
This happens to me from time to time and ive noticed it increases or decreases depending on the quality of the product. Also an ER physician informed me that brake fluid is used in the making of the product and that is the ingridient which causes the ball pain.... It almost felt like Blue Balls( ya know those teenage years when ya could only make half way between second and third base and ya had to walk funny on the way home) which i personally think is caused by the product tensing up the prostate gland a remedy that always works for me although it may be uncomfortable either seduce the Mrs. Or turn on porn site and aquaint yourself with Rosey Palm and her five siblings. Doing that willbl relax the prostate.
I have seen every dr. There is.eurologist, ER PHYSICIAN etc..i use small amount but it is daily. .
