King, take a look at this one. I've never seen one that is "locked" so you cannot reply to it.

Yeh, reply award was what I was looking at. Except i assumed yours was down to 0 as im rather light on the posting these days.

It looks more and more like a scam :'( :-(

I have seen a topic locked before but its normally because of abuse so not sure why that ones locked. Maybe its automatic if theres a lot of so called bad language. Are we still banned from saying masturbation , im sure ill find out...

Obviously not. Glad they fixed that one, was annoying having to spell it wrong all the time..

Well my mention of it hasn't generated any responses from anyone on the site who might know. It was an orange box about 1.5 inches high and 5 inches wide on my 17 inch screen.

Yeah, I noticed I don't even show up in the points race now but I think most of the people I have answered were "guests" and they may not be able to vote anyway. Maybe we need to do a Taz and beg for votes. XD

That masturbation block seemed strange for this site where so many of the questions are about that or involve it in some way. I don't know if there are any other sites they can go to and get serious answers to those questions.

Yeh, I've certainly not come across many other sites as active as this for any kind of health problem.

Oh.. and congratulations on getting to the top of the vote contest!... In recognition of the time you spend helping guests :-D

I just checked the home page to see if I had any votes by some miracle. I must not be a "registered user". Here's what it said:

In total there are 2264 user(s) online: 0 Registered and 2264 Guest(s)

Maybe that's why I never get any votes any more. They don't know I'm here. XD

You better check to see if it knows you're alive. 8-|

Well, it's finally nice to have this place just for good old socializing :-)

Kingfre(e)ze :-) Yes, it might be a cliche to assume you are into every brit-invented sport ever. Cricket - not my thing at all, but snooker! I'm probably the only person who watches every single tournament in my town. Any chance for me to completely wire you up wiyh cameras and microphones during World Championships :-D

Any new contest suggestions That Dude?

Oh good old snooker! I even forgot that it exists! I remember the first time I ran away from school, I was about eleven years old... Good God, I was eleven!! o.O And still I dare to judge these nowadays kids... Anyway, that was the first time ever I played snooker. I was really good back then. Once, I even took some kid's money, since we played for money... I was horrible. :-(
So, do you folks have any outrageous childhood memories to share? I don't want to be the only one here...XD

Yep I'm proper into my snooker :-D

Off to Sheffield again this year to see the world championship, can't wait!! :-D :-D :-D

... and by all means wire me up ;-) . But if I can get decent American streams of NFL, surely you guys can get a stream from the BBC of the snooker? -- Look out for me on the telly if you do :-)

I envy you sooooo much Kingfreze!!!!! Wish I could be a fly on the wall in Sheffield this year... or any year, for that matter. I want to go, too :-((((
And yes, probably the next best thing to being at Championships or some other tournament are the BBC guys. So, at least I have that - and I'll keep my eyes on the audience :-D
Who you think will take the trophy this year?

No outrageous memories here. There were no boys my age in the neighborhood for me to get in trouble with. I had a couple girls for playmates though, so we had an interesting time learning about the differences in our bodies.

When I was in school I was what would have been been called a Nerd in later years. I became interested in electrical stuff when I was about 9 and got my first job at 11, fixing radios in the local TV shop. Didn't participate in much school socializing stuff because girls weren't interested in me. I didn't go to any of the class proms in HS due to the lack of a date. My major dancing experience was tthe square dancing we did in the 5th and 6th grades. The girl who was my favorite partner eventually retired as a captain in the US Navy.

I did date a couple girls that never lasted beyond a few dates. I blame that on my mother or rather the fact that I believed what she said about girls. "Don't touch her here. Don't touch her there" I learned too late that girls WANT to be touched here --- and --- there. If you don't, they find someone else who will, even way back B.E. (Before Elvis).

In school I was so shy I never raised my hand in class and tried to hide behind someone bigger in the classroom so the teacher wouldn't call on me. When I joined the Army to get electronics training they decided to make me an instructor at the school. That fixed the shy problem.

Began building dragsters for a hobby at 15. That "passing phase" lasted until I was in my 30s. When I was 24 in 1964, I was on the board of directors of a racing group that built a drag strip. The only one in the country that is owned by the racers instead of an individual or large corporation. I left the board in 2002 but still involved and we will host an NHRA national event in 2012.

I have little sympathy for the kids of today who expect the town to build them a skateboard park to have a place to play on those things. When I was a kid we wanted a place to race our cars so we made a deal to use a local airport and later built our own drag strip. The taxpayers didn't pay for it. We bought a swamp and turned it into something that PAYS taxes.

I became the service manager of the TV shop where I started at 11 and left there to start my own shop which I still own. There's almost no service work today as TVs are mostly a disposable item now but I'm more or less retired anyway. You don't just retire and sit at home. You have to keep going if you want to stay alive.

Awwww poor njoy :-(

I can recognise the first bit, sounds a bit like me. Plus the going onto repairing electrical stuff...

And I've not lived long enough for the rest yet. Have to wait and see. When I'm 70 njoy, I'll let you know how it all went :-)

We'll have to get you over one year. Its an amazing atmosphere, totally different to what youd expect.

Hopefully Ronnie will hit top form at the right time, but just a good, long final would be nice. Robertson v Dott last year was long but the standard was appalling. Looking for a Ronnie v Higgins final... would be a great match :D
