The day before my period is due  i get a severe migrane  feel sick and lower back pain when i  get my period i am fine its after thats the problem  i get  lower pain in abdomen  just below my c section scar  more so on the left hand side then i crystal clear  discharge  sometimes stringy  no smell  but in constant pain for a week or so after been sent to hospital for ultrasound the doc says there is a polyp on 1 of my ovaries  and is painful when i am having sex  my own doc says the swab results for the discharge are shoeing up as thrush and keep giving me canastean but surely this cant be thrush every month  dont have an itch  and when i have this pain  i take spasms in my bowels  sometimes   cant figure out what this is i am 46   keep asking to get a hystorectomy but doc is against this   anyone any ideas what this could be

The cause for dysmenorrhea (period pain you feel) is most likely that polyp on you ovary.

Hystorectomy is radical procedure and it's not suggested in cases like this. You'd most likely need a laparoscopy removal of polyp.

 

Has you doctor suggested a surgical removal of polyp?
