I don’t understand The French diet includes full fat cheeses, bread, creamy sauces, chocolate, wine, after dinner liqueurs, in fact all the foods that Americans are told to be afraid of!!! And yet the French on a whole are thinner and have less heart disease. How it is possible?

I read somewhere that fat-free diets are what make Americans fat. I read some article about this guy who lived in France and he said that he lost weight in the process. He claims that dietary dogma was dead wrong. The French break every rule our experts swear will make us fat- creams, butters, and full fat cheeses. They eat these on daily basis …so much for the fat-free theory and for the carbohydrate free theory.
