The last two days I've had pain my gential area

The last two days I've had pain my gential area I use the bathroom fine but after I use the restroom then I get a sharp pain that makes me jump then the sharp feeling goes away but the mild pain is still there have been masterbating alot lately and only have had un protected sex lately Im scared that its a std do I have any symthoms
