i used micheal thrumonds body makeover in six weeks. I have now been doing it for about four months and i lost 63 pds. I really works but you have to really stick to the diet plan.

This diet is not a scam at all. It takes a lot of work and time to prepare your meals, or really to plan your meals. You have to weigh your food and measure amounts. You also have to make sure you stick to the types of foods you are supposed to eat. My mother and I began on the same day. One week later, she had lost about 5 pounds. I didn't lose weight, but I lost inches around my waist. We have different body types and metabolisms so I wasn't expecting the exact same results. I am happy with the diet so far. I agree that it is virtually impossible NOT to lose weight on this diet. If you aren't losing weight you should probably re-do the blueprinting, plan your meals more thoroughly, and make sure you walk about 45 minutes everyday. Don't forget your water.

I used his Lose a Dress or Pants size in 6 Days book, didn't follow directions completely, didn't exercise as directed, and still lost 4 pounds in 6 days! Next week I plan to follow directions and order the 6 week program.

HI----I know of some people who tryed this, and did great. That is why I am giving it a try. I only knew of two people, who I talked to online, and they had the problem you had. Their advice was to try to do the trouble shooting for platoue (I know I did not spell that correctly), or as if you were at a stand still for one or two weeks, then if that don't help you start losing to retake the test online to see if you test at a different body type this time and try the diet for that body type. That was what happened to them. They said after that it was a slower start than other people still but after about two weeks they started to feel the difference and shortly after that you could see some difference.



Good luck, I hope it works out for you, and I hope it does for me as well. I bought mine used on ebay.com and should get it in about a week or so.

Sorry it didn't work for you. I lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks - and I wasn't hungry. I can't say I even exercised that much. I did follow the food plan precisely. I thought my metabolism was dead and I would never be able to lose weight. I've tried everything. This is the first program that worked for me.

I recently moved and in the process managed to loose a box full of books and things. Well, my meal guide was in it. If anyone could, I would appreciate it if you could e-mail me the meal guide for body type B. I've been slacking lately with the chaos of the move and i need to get my metabolism back up. Help!

I just bought the book 6 day Body Makeover. It's fantastic and very educational. I would suggest you buy the book before or with the program. Anything will work if you do what you're suppose to do! "Don't ask for it to be easy, ask for it to be worth it!"

This IS NOT a scam! This works if you are commited to the program word for word. I ordered the 6WBM 4 yrs. ago for my wedding . I did the rapid results in the beginning to really jumpstart my program. I also did not start exercising until the 2nd wk. I followed the program to a T. Did the program work? Let's just say that when I started my wedding dress was a 14. In 6 wks. I had to send it back for a size 8. Everyone was amazed. My husband still tells people about the transformation I had. I think you have to have the motivation & determination to lose the weight & keep it off. The first week is the hardest but if you can stay focused & get thru it, it is worth it. You will start feeling great and see & feel the difference.

I mean honestly. If he wanted to make c**p loads of money he would make the meals and ship them to you. You would end the plan, gain back the weight, blame yourself and then get on it again.

Other so-called popular "diet plans" don't really want you to learn how to cook your own healthy food, and they include daily desserts like a carrot for a donkey. All this for a sign-up fee $124-300 US and then constant draining of your wallet to keep you stupid and hooked on their food.

I've done all kinds of fasts, kookie diets, Weight Watchers, Atkins, vegetarian, macrobiotic, Beach Body, Tae Bo, etc., without success - either because the workouts were too strenuous or the restrictive diet (not eating plan) was too difficult and boring to maintain.

Six Week Body Makeover really works without restricting you unnecessarily and without having you working out in a way that is too difficult so you just give up.

Michael Thurman's program teaches you how to cook, there are recipes in the package and the support site is included which also contains a recipe exchange - some of the recipes are quite delicious. You eat 5-6 times a day, depending on when you do your cardio and sculpting workouts, and really never feel the need to over indulge in anything.

But, you have to follow the program. You have to get your body type down by honestly answering the questions. Anyone having trouble with that can log in to the support site and ask questions in the Newbie forum.

I just completed my second week and although I didn't think that I would lose anything this last week as I was on that "time of the month" I ended up losing a total of 15 pounds in two weeks. I only did the body sculpting once and walked 1/2 hour four times a week.

But at the support forum there is a ton of information including the fact that people in wheel chairs have done the program and lost weight as the program geared more towards re-setting your personal metabolism through the six week eating plan rather than pounding your body to death in some gym.

And the Living Lean eating plan that comes after the six weeks has plenty of great suggestions on how to keep off the weight and still eat what you want - in moderation.

My favorite - pick one day and eat everything that you want - is the one I grew up with. Back long ago, when we older people were young, we didn't eat sweets everyday. Your're family just couldn't afford them or it was viewed as unhealthy.

Sunday was the big day that everyone sat down to afternoon dinner complete with desserts. Sunday was the treat day, and once this was no longer a practice in the US and folks started to eat sweets and junk any time they wanted...people got really fat. The number of people who enter the ranks of the obese grows with every year. I certainly NEVER thought I would find myself in that group, but here I am.

And I have finally found something that isn't a gimmick, isn't faddish, but is plain, simple good eating with nutrition, health and a full belly in mind.

You're going to have to learn to cook to maintain a healthy weight and a healthy body for the rest of your life. Might as well start now, haven't you thought long enough about it as it is?

I have been reading about a number of diet or eating programs. I have heard a couple of people mention that even if you have gastric surgery, you still have to eat tiny portions, avoid sweets, fats, etc. I personally do
not want to go through surgery, spend the money, or risk the long term
complications. Even with gastric surgery, you CAN gain it back. I have been really motivated by comments through out the internet and there has to be something to it or he would not be represented with Extreme
Makeover. I have an enormous amount of weight to loose. I would like to
loose it quickly, but I have set myself on the fact that one way or the other
I have to get it done. I have just begun the program. I am going to give it all I have. I am praying alot! First morning, I felt really bad! Guess we
have to detox for a day or two. As the day progressed, I began to feel better. I say it sounds sensible. Most dieticians are saying the multiple mini meals, the light exercise, even I can do. SO....let's give a whirl!!!

I just bought the plan am waiting for it to arrive I am willing to give it a try and like they say how can you not try if it doesn't work send it back, so I'm hoping it will work for me, never had a weight problem until I had my children and now they are moved out and it is time for me to take time for me.

It really does work. You have to stick to it. A woman that I work with lost almost 60 pounds in 4 months. Another woman and her daughter bought it 3 weeks ago. The mother has lost 16 pounds so far and her daughter 15 pounds. That's more weight that they tell you you can lose with the Lapband surgery! For that the doctors tell you that you will have to really work to lose 1 pound a week. I bought the program, it came today and I'm starting it on Monday. I plan on preparing everything ahead of time, so there won't be much prep necessary.

I just recently received the program and its already working for me and
my wife. Im a body type A and she is a body type B and with the blue printing it has made me open my eyes to the right way of losing weight.
I would say it's a small price to pay to learn that dieting is a waste of time
That eating the foods and in the prescribed manner explained in the course is the only (correct) way to loose weight and maintain it.
I dont know why it didnt work for the folks on here unless they were expecting some magic potion! No offense folks...... Dont hesitate in ordering the program.... if your like me you have tried everything else
why not try one that has very little negitave feedback and a ton of positive feedback... GO FOR IT!
