Hi there, not sure how old this post is but I also have this issue. Marble sized hard lump in the wall between my vagina and rectum. I had a colonoscopy a few weeks ago and nothing to report there, having a vaginal ultrasound on Friday. My doctor says she couldn't feel or see anything which is odd as it's always there. Did anyone else ever gets theirs looked at ?

Yes, lol. Not many people know that the vagina is very stretchy and the anus being right against it stretches it out when constipated. :P

5 days I noticed a big hard lump in the back wall of my vagina. I wanted to go to the doctor but I don't have insurance. I drank a tea to help me go to the bathroom. 2 days later I checked again and it's gone. Hard poop

I have the same thing this past week but also have large hemorrhoids that are protruding the past few days. I am 69 yrs. Old.

It shrinking after a bowel movement MIGHT imply that it's a diverticular pouch, alias nothing to worry about (usually), tho a high roughage diet should make it less likely to get more of them.

I just felt the same thing, and was also very afraid. Then I had a bowel movement and the three hard lumps that I felt that were also about the size of a quarter (perhaps a bit larger) are now gone. They were up in the back left part between my vaginal and anal wall. I agree that it was likely just poop.
