There is a small puss filled bump near the top of my vagina,just a little above the clitoris to the top right.It does not hurt or cause me discomfort but I am rlly scared...please does anyone know what this is or how I can get rid of it?!?!?!! :( I am 13 by the way oh and this is the first time this has happened
