i had put ear cleaner in penis and then i started mastrubation, after mastrubation blood was coming out from my penis and after 3 hours when i opened my penis 3 to 4 time and then again blood was coming out from my penis and it was little bit paining so please tell me what i can do and my age is only 14

If the bleeding continues tell your parents and get them to take you to the doctor.
Did you stick something inside your urethra to put in the ear cleaner?
It should stop bleeding on it's own but you may need to see your doctor.
