There is something like a boil or a pimple between my butt calf, just above the anus. Since i cant properly see what it exactly looks like but its red and not very big. it wasn't red two days ago but it did hurt then and it still is. A day ago it kindda poped when i was sitting so i squeezed it out and its been leaking since, the liquid is a bit yellowish and there is blood as well. The pain in the area is much less now. There is also a pain in my groin which i think is a swollen lymph node according to the research i did in the internet. What could it be?? Is it something i have to worry about??
It's probably a pilonidal cyst. I had surgery to remove mine so that it wouldn't come back. That was 5 years ago, and I've been fine since.
