Can someone please tell me more about this Thermogenics quick fat loss? First and the most important thing I want to know about this is how safe it really is.
I'm 34 year old female and just recently my husband and I decided to have a baby for the first time. I'm afraid that, being so overweight, I couldn’t bear the pregnancy and could maybe harm the child and my self. My joints are painful even now.
About a week ago by best friend has watched some commercial about some Thermogenic products for quick fat loss and I don’t know how safe it is and the “quick” word is making me even more suspicious. Please help me!
I totally understand why you are so worried and believe me- you have all reasons to be. There are many products on the market that can only harm you. I don’t know a lot about other products but I know something about this Thermogenics you’ve mentioned.
Thermogenics are great for burning body fat that primary function is acceleration of your metabolism and increasing of your energy levels.
Like you probably already assumed from the name of this product- these supplements raise your body temperature, and the number of calories burned. My brother has been using it for some time and I can tell you that it has changed his complete physical appearance.
Try it, they aren’t so expensive and the results should be visible after only month of usage.
Hi there, I have been using Thermogenics now for 9 months I have lost 16 kg, it gets easier as you go because u get motivated and as your body weight gets less you become more energetic and motivated to help yourself. just a couple of tips, stop eating when you are full not when the plate is empty, walk somewhere instead of drive,keep busy with house work and chores. and don't eat after tea,you don't need it,soon it wil become habit and your life just changes .best of luck :)

Was there a period during these 9 months that you stopped taking termogenics for some time? How did it go?
I did some more research on this product and I found out that some versions of termogenics contain ephedrine that can severely damage your health especially if you take it for such a long time. Your heart may be at risk the most.
Another problem I ran into when searching for more info on this product is that you need to take it indefinitely in order to maintain the good results!
When were you thinking about stopping the pills?
