i usually experience a thick discharge from my virginia on most cases and attimes after sex with my fiancee the discharge comes lighter and profusely, pls advise me on what to do:
Is this discharge sort of like cottage cheese? If so, maybe you should see a doctor, that's a yeast infection. Check the odor too, if it's unpleasant, that's an indication too. Don't let it "go away on it's own". It won't.

It's normal to have cervical fluid but it does change depending on where you are in your cycle.
After your period, the cervical fluid can be creamy, leading inot slippery the closer to ovulaton you get. After ovulation the cervical mucous becomes thick, somewhat sticky.

A great book (I think every menstruating woman should read) is "Taking Charge Of Your Fertility". It explains how to achieve of avoid pregancy but it explains the whole cycle really well with good pictures too so it makes it a very good read for every woman. :-)

Hope this helps.
