I am getting pain roughly the area between shoulders blade, with the feeling of a bloating stomach which makes sounds and also feels like trapped wind. When doing number 2's have a strong pain in the abdomen with bleeding and mucus in the stools, my stools change colour and are sometimes hard like bullets. Please could tell me what this could be, or advise me.
just today i did a # 2 and for some reason there was alot of bleeding.
its happened before a few times..i felt kinda bloated but not that much
and my stomach kinda hurted but not really.
but i just wanna know if this a big health problem and if its going to change the risks of my health in the future, or if i have a bad liver?
and i really dont want to go to the doctors for it cuz it seems really embarrasing.lol

Sounds to me like maybe you have a hemmoroid. They can occur if your stools are hard and/or if you strain to hard. Theres a chance too that you may have a polyp in your intestine that could be causing the bleeding too. I suggest you go see your doc or a GI doc to get checked out. Better to be embarrased then to be sick.
You might have a polyp, what ever it is we are not professionals and should not take our advices to make any decisions. What you need to do is to check with a doctor. Polyp could be easily treated and is not life threatening, however if you are not going to treat it soon it might turn cancerous. Some believe polyps is the beginning stage of colon cancer. I would rather be considering worst case scenario and then later learn that it's not a big deal, rather than thinking it's nothing serious just to learn later that is something life threatening. Sooner you find professional answer better chances you'll have fighting what ever it might be. DON'T BE IGNORANT, just a friendly advice.
