Dr. I have been to the doctor and he told me to use Head and Shoulders shampoo, Quack!!! Sorry!!! but very frustrated, I have had this come up now twice, always starts at my ears, an area becomes sore and red then it starts building like a pimple and then it turns into a blister then my skin peals all around it. Very Sore and painful, then it seems to spread to my scalp. Can not figure out what is causing this problem it is reaccuring about every 3 weeks. Would you happen to have any ideas?
Sounds possibly fungal. Also, Head and Shoulders has medication in it that helps treat red irritated peeling skin on the scalp, neck and surrounding areas. Sounds quacky I know but I use to work for a Dermatologist and it was suggested for certain conditions. If that doesnt help after a couple weeks then I would try an antifungal cream.
