Hi.  A man of your age who masturbates about every other day is quite normal.  Don't sweat it.  If you're lean, you're very likely healthy.  In regard to your 'moles' I'd say don't self diagnose.  See a doctor.  These days even what you might think is the worst case scenario is really quite likely to be easily taken care of.  I had a 'scab type' thing at the base of my penis for a year and I was worried about it--enough so that I saw a dermatologist about it.  The doctor (a woman) looked at it and said she wanted to send some of the scab off for a routine lab study.  The result came back as positive for cancer.  I did not freak out.  It was all matter-of-fact and I was re-assured that the necessary removal would be both safe and painless.  It was not just safe and painless, it was comfortable.  I was not hospitalized--though the removal was done in a doctors office in a hospital.  It took less than an hour.  My wife was there.  Case closed--I feel fine.  The only thing I need to stress is this:  Do not self diagnose yourself.  And if you are at all concerned about it being an embarrassing situation, I can assure you that it won't be.  My doctor had a music service and he had his nurse turn on the kind of music I like.  A pleasure.  I am cancer free.
