Hi, I am a 18 year old male currently suffering from the above symptoms. I have been having these symptoms for close to a week. I find it hard to breathe properly when speaking in long sentences and also I would have hot breaths that will come and go, there is also a feeling of something stuck in my throat.
I visited the doctor recently and he ruled it as a viral infection and flu is incoming. However, all my other times I had flu I didn't have these symptoms. So I am pretty skeptical and worried about it.

The concern is that you have difficutly speaking in a long sentence.
Go back to the doctor you saw. It is possilble that an infection is obstructing your airway, or less likely, something is truly "stuck."
