It's been really insightful (and scary) reading all of your posts! I'm a 28 year old female, I also eat generally well and exercise a lot! I have never had a problem with weight fluctuations. I am scheduled to have a total thyroidectomy in Jan 2018 and I am so concerned about weight gain to the point that I'm considering delaying my surgery :( Any advice on how to avoid/minimise it?
